How to Invest in Stock
Make Money From Simple Investing Strategy
Stock market investing can be a wild jungle that full of money making treasure. However, start investing in stock without in-depth knowledge is suicide.

There are so many brutal carnivores in stock market jungle that just don't care either you are beginners or seasoned investors. You'll fall victim like many did if you don't start on the right foot.

Research on how to invest in stock is the first thing you should do.
And hey, here you are!
Researching the best stock investing strategy all in one place!

How to Invest in Stock Using Growth Investing Strategy

Growth stock investing is about buying potentially growing companies. Normally, it involves hot growth stock, small-cap stock and sometimes hot penny stock as well. Investor loves growth stocks so much simply because it features strong growth rate. Since they are relatively small in size, the stocks have so much room to grow at an incredible rate.

How you can make money from growth stock?

As the stock's earnings per share grow, the share price will increase at the same rate as well. In fact, if the overall market is opportunistic about the stock, the share price tends to increase more than its earnings pershare growth rate. Double, triple or even quadruple! In addition, you are eligible for the dividends if the board member decided to reward its shareholders directly.

You can drink while swimming! Can you imagine that!

How to Invest in Stock Using Value Investing Strategy

Value investors like Benjamin Graham, David Dodd and Warren Buffet love to buy undervalued stocks and sell them off when the share price is overvalued. Besides, you can continuously making money from stock market if you'd decided to use buy-and-hold strategy as well.

In fact, this is what exactly makes Warren Buffet the most successful stock investor in the world.

But, how to know if the stock is undervalued?

There are various methods on how to value stock. The stock valuation model includes discounted cash flow (DCF), discounted dividend model (DD) as well as earnings growth model (EG). By doing so, you are actually calculating intrinsic value of the stock.

You can start buying the undervalued stock if the current share price is below its intrinsic value. To be safe, it would be better if you buy stocks that are 30-60 per cent lower than the intrinsic value. Benjamin Graham called it Margin of Safety in his most famous stock investing book, The Intelligent Investor.

How to Invest in Stock Using Momentum Investing Strategy

Momentum investing is more or less like growth stock investing. Instead of focusing on growth stocks alone, momentum investor prefers stocks in a growing industry. For example, during the dot-com boom in 1990's, many investors keep on buying internet stocks despite the fact that most stocks were overvalued.

Buy-low-sell-high is not good enough.

Most momentum investors prefer to use buy-high-sell-higher investing formula. No doubt it works, but safeguard yourself by implementing stop loss order. Remember, whatever goes up will go down, just as a matter of time. Abide by the rule and you'll be spared from being broke!

How to Invest in Stock Using Dividend Investing Strategy

Some said dividend stock meant for old folks and others claimed it is nothing more than the dividend payment. Well, I'm not a big fan of dividend stocks, but i believe it has a lot more to offer than just a dividend payout.

The biggest reason to invest in high dividend yield stock is you can make money from the stock without having to sell them. This would be great if you are still beginners, making money while learning!

Another good reason is high dividend yield stocks are normally strong companies and are rich in cash. The stocks can be so rich that it is better to return the excess money to shareholders than to reinvest back to the company.

Can you imagine that!

This can be a perfect stock for risk-averse type investors like retiree.
